We will discuss your personal preferences, the process of physiological birth, what to do through each stage of labor, breath work for pushing and so much more!
A comprehensive printed booklet containing topics and information regarding birth options, pain coping techniques, induction methods, decision making during labor, breastfeeding, how to navigate the unexpected, partner support, newborn care and more!
